WF0128BTYAA4DNN0 – 1.28 inch 240×240 Round IPS TFT-LCD Module
WF0128BTYAA4DNN0 is a round IPS TFT-LCD screen with a 1.28-inch diameter display with resolution 240×240 pixels. This round display comprises an IPS TFT-LCD panel built with a GC9A01 driver IC that can communicate via SPI interface.
WF0128BTYAA4DNN0 is adopted IPS panel, which has the advantage of higher contrast, true black background when the display or pixel is off and wider viewing angle of Left:80 / Right:80 / Up:80 / Down:80 degree (typical), contrast ratio 1000:1 (typical value), brightness 400 nits (typical value), anti-glare surface panel. If customers require Capacitive Touch Panel, please choose model No. WF0128BTYAA4DNF10.
The power supply voltage of LCM is from 2.7V to 3.3V, the typical value of 2.8V. It can be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to+ 70℃ and storage temperatures from -30℃ to +80℃. The display modules are suited for compact devices like smart gauges, wearable devices, and meter applications. They are also ideal for home automation products, white products, and video systems.

WF39ESWASDNG0 – 3.9 inch High Brightness Bar Type IPS TFT with PCAP Touch
WF39ESWASDNG0 is a High Brightness 3.9-inch Bar Type IPS TFT-LCD display with a Projected Capacitive Touch Panel, resolution of 480×128 pixels. This module is built-in with SC7283 driver IC, and it supports 24-bit RGB interface. WF39ESWASDNG0 has a Projected Capacitive Touch Panel (PCAP) on the module, which is built-in with GT911 IC on the touchscreen, supports I2C interface. The WF39E series also has a Resistive Touch Panel (RTP) option; please check our web page of WF39ESWASDNT0 for more detailed information. If customers don’t need touch panel, you can choose our WF39ESWASDNN0 (High Brightness version) or WF39ETWASDNN0 module.
WF39ESWASDNG0 is adopted IPS panel which is having the advantage of wider view angle of Left:80 / Right:80 / Up:80 / Down:80 degree (typical), contrast ratio 800:1 (typical value), high brightness 800 nits (typical value), the supply voltage for LCM 3V to 3.6V. It is a wide temperature TFT module; it can be operating at temperatures from -30℃ to +85℃; its storage temperatures range from -30℃ to +85℃.
