Winstar Graphic COG LCD Module – WO320240E & WO320240F

Winstar introduces the WO320240E as the replacement  of the WO320240D and the WO320240F as the alternative of the WO320240G as both have gone EOL.

 WO320240E is a monochrome graphic LCD module made of 320×240 dot matrix format. This STN COG module is built-in with RA8835 controller IC; it supports 6800 and 8080 parallel interface, 1/240 driving duty, it is also built-in with negative voltage generator. Furthermore, this model is built-in with temperature compensation available for optional.

WO320240E model supports 3.3V and 5V power supply voltage. This module can be operated at temperatures from -20°C to +70°C; its storage temperatures range from -30°C to +80°C. WO320240E is available in FSTN positive LCD and with White LED backlight; please contact us if you need different LCD type and LED combination.

WO320240F – Graphic COG LCD Module

WO320240F is a COG graphic LCD module made of resolution 320×240 pixels. WO320240F model is built-in with 2 chips of UCi7701 driver IC and 1 chip of UCi7702 driver IC; it supports 6800 and 8080 parallel interface, 1/240 driving duty, it is also built-in with negative voltage generator. Furthermore, this model is built-in with temperature compensation available for optional.

WO320240F model supports 3.3V and 5V power supply voltage. This module can be operated at temperatures from -20°C to +70°C; its storage temperatures range from -30°C to +80°C. WO320240F is available in white background color and black content; the LCD matrix is a positive FSTN with transflective polarizer.
